Mind, Body and Spirit Healing
Begins With You
“How you can love the world until there’s nothing left to love but yourself.”

Welcome here, on your search to finding the best fit therapist for you. I invite you to read on, to see if you and I may begin the therapeutic process together.
After the rainstorm, in the wet and muddy ground, new life fruits…
Here are some common reasons that have brought people to my practice:
Seeking a reprieve from sadness, depression or isolation
General dissatisfaction with the way things are
Feeling misunderstood by others, including family, which is affecting your confidence or self-esteem
Healing of recent or long-past trauma without giving up resiliency gained from these life experiences
Existential or spiritual questioning
About my work
I use a relational and client-centered approach in treatment to help you manage worry, fear, loneliness, overwhelm and dis-ease. My work is rooted in the following modalities:
Somatic Experiencing (deepening connection of mind and body, focusing on the here and now of your experience, even if you are talking about the past) including Brainspotting
Psychodynamic (looking at your past, family dynamics, and understanding their impacts on present day relational patterns)
Transpersonal (seeing you as a combination of body, mind and spirit, you are part of a greater whole)
I use a blend of these modalities with each client, based on your unique needs.
A lotus grows in muddy waters….
I offer these therapy options to you.
Each session is one-on-one, centered around you and your needs. My work is centered on the belief that everything in the past is linked to the present moment. Pulling from Buddhist psychology and trauma-informed somatic experiencing, I work with each individual to heal trauma in the here and now so that energy can be naturally re-directed to the most important things in your life.
Individual Adult Therapy
I offer relationship therapy to couples, trios and more for people seeking to move through conflict and increase intimacy. My role is to facilitate communication, get you out of ruts and help shine light on old relational patterns that once served a purpose, but maybe don’t anymore.
Relationship Therapy
I believe providing children the support they need to heal trauma can be one of the most loving things we can do. In close collaboration with the caregivers in the child’s life, I utilize play therapy based on the work of Eliana Gil to help process trauma, build secure attachment and heal. My goal is to get the child back on the path towards their own healthy development.
